A Momentous Festival to Invoke Shri Hanumanji's Grace
As part of the Chinmaya Amrit Mahotsav, marking 75 years of Chinmaya Mission, Chinmaya Mission Chicago is
organizing a Grand Hanumān Chalisā Yagna on July 11, 2026 at the DuPage County Fairgrounds, to invoke the grace of Vāyuputra upon our Windy City.
According to our ancient traditions samashti upāsanā, collective prayer, multiplies in power. By joining thousands of voices in a unified chant, we create an atmosphere of bhakti that blesses our entire community with harmony, strength, and divine protection. This yagna offers a unique opportunity for all Hindus of Chicagoland to come together as one spiritual family, seeking Hanumānji’s blessings for our children, our families, and
our community.
This historic event will be presided by Swami Swaroopananda, Global Head of Chinmaya Mission, and will include:
